This role is vital in managing the complex care of patients directly recovering from cardiac procedures in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our facility, committed to patient-centered care, provides a supportive setting aimed at RN career growth and excellence in healthcare delivery. Provide comprehensive nursing care for cardiac patients in a step-down unit. Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and cardiovascular health. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Manage medication and use of advanced medical equipment. Strong clinical skills in cardiovascular care Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Ability to perform under stress in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in applicable state BLS Certification required ACLS Certification preferred
