HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse

This role demands a passionate and adept nurse committed to
enhancing patient outcomes and leading a team of healthcare
professionals. Coordinate patient care and nursing resources to
optimize service delivery and patient outcomes. Lead, mentor, and
train a team of nurses and healthcare staff to ensure quality care
and compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.
Develop and implement nursing care plans and evaluate patient care
activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
facilitate comprehensive patient care. Manage patient records and
documentation accurately and ensure confidentiality. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in managing healthcare teams and
patient cases Advanced knowledge of healthcare regulations and
safety standards Capability to handle stressful situations with

Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice BLS/ACLS certified Certification in Leadership
