Lee Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Flexible Float Pool RN: PRN Nights Level 2 to join our dynamic team. Provide high-quality nursing care in varying specialties based on nightly staffing needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative manner with healthcare team members. Adapt to diverse units quickly and uphold highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle acute care situations efficiently. Excellent adaptability to varying work environments. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using healthcare software and electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent.
