Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN
for our Freestanding Emergency Room in Clearwater. This position is
ideal for a dynamic nursing professional passionate about providing
exceptional emergency care in a state-of-the-art facility. As part
of our team, you'll work alongside top-tier professionals in a
fast-paced environment focused on patient care and clinical
outcomes. The chosen candidate will address emergency health
conditions, providing timely and accurate care, and playing a
fundamental role in enhancing our community's health. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting.
Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other medical staff to
provide comprehensive emergency services. Administer medications,
maintain patients' records, and monitor vital signs with precision
and ethical attention. Educate patients and their families on
health conditions, preventive measures, and home care needs.
Participate in continuous education to enhance professional growth
and stay abreast with the latest in emergency nursing practices.
Strong clinical skills in an emergency or acute care setting.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to
work effectively in high-pressure situations. Superior
communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. BLS/ACLS certification
from the American Heart Association. PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) certification preferred.
