responsible for driving revenue growth by selling printing products
and services. This role involves identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities, building and maintaining client
relationships, and achieving sales targets. They are also involved
in understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and
ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales and
Lead Generation: Proactively identifying and generating new
business leads through various channels like cold calling,
networking, referrals, and social media. Client Engagement:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and
existing customers to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Process
Management: Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact
to closing deals, ensuring effective follow-up and communication.
Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about industry
trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to
identify potential growth areas. Sales Reporting and
Administration: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities
and interactions using the company's CRM system. Collaboration:
Working closely with other teams, such as customer service and
production, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Negotiation
and Closing: Effectively negotiating contracts and closing sales
deals. Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of
printing technologies, products, and services to effectively market
them to clients. Customer Satisfaction: Providing exceptional
customer service and addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding
established sales goals and objectives. Presentations and
Proposals: Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
and proposals tailored to specific client needs. Required Skills
and Qualifications: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build
rapport and communicate effectively with clients. Sales Skills:
Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, relationship
building, negotiation, and closing deals. Product Knowledge: Deep
understanding of printing processes, technologies, and materials.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer
service and address client needs effectively. Organization and Time
Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively,
and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and
resolve client issues and challenges. Technical Skills: Proficiency
in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant
software. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the printing
industry, including market trends and competitive landscape.
Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to
the company's growth. Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work
independently with minimal supervision. Team Player: Ability to
