Job Description:
The Priority BULK agents is a universal position. They handle
all calls regarding technical/billing issues, retention and sales.
Agents must be comfortable troubleshooting technical problem, be
able to explain billing charges, retain customers wanting to cancel
service and sell or add-on products to an account. You will receive
