• Wash exterior of vehicles including wheels and tires using power washer and brushes.
• Perform such cleaning duties as sweeping, mopping of floors, and vacuuming of seats and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Dust and wash walls, windows, mirrors, and doors to remove splash marks, fingerprints and grease marks.
• Clean and shampoo upholstery when needed. --- Empty trash from vehicle.
• Properly maintain equipment.
• Keeps storage and work areas clean at all times.
• Request supplies when needed. --- Report damage, malfunctions and other irregularities of the vehicle to the Transit Operations Coordinator (Driver).
• Turn in lost and found articles to the Transit Operations Coordinator (Driver or Dispatcher)Follow company policy and OSHA safety regulations.RELATED DUTIES: Perform related duties as assigned including but not limited to the following:
  • Changing shifts on a temporary basis to perform detailed cleaning of specific vehicles.
  • Safely starting and driving of vehicles.
  • Lifting up to 75lbs.
