descriptions to serving as the first point of contact a potential

Responsibilities:
Managing the hiring process through all stages of recruiting and
development.
Manage job postings and candidate communication across multiple
different platforms.
Initiate outreach with potential candidates and conduct the first
resume screening
Strategize the expansion of our college/university recruiting
roster and outreach
Act as a liaison between the leadership team and potential
candidates.
Serve an internal expert on recruiting pipeline, hiring process,and
the candidate experience
Navigate and search Linkedin for candidates based on role
specifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (experience and/or other
training/certification may be substituted for education).
2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Highly proficient in Office 365
Detail oriented and highly organized
Excellent time management skills
Superior communication and writing skills
Creative and intellectual
Works well independently and with a team
