Coordinate and implement the lab quality management and quality improvement programs. Monitors and provides assistance with quality assurance with quality assurance and compliance functions. Provide consultation and direction to ensure the quality assurance programs and services are implemented at the higheststandards. Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Chemical, Biological, Physical, or Clinical Laboratory Science. Current State ofFlorida Medical Technologist license. Current Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientistcertification. Minimum of five years of laboratory training or experience, or both in non-waived testing,in hematology. Valid Florida driver's license for travel to other FCS offices is required. Must meet FCS' MVR requirements.
