Job Description Job Description Coiler Winder: Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to operate winding equipment and assemble Current and Power Transformers. Responsibilities: Read and follow wiring diagrams and production sheets for accurate assembly. Record processing information on production sheets as required. Set up and operate winding machines based on winding specifications. Calibrate turn counters and test coils for accuracy. Solder terminals to magnet wire with precision. Insert cores/laminates into coils and complete final assembly. Inspect transformers for exposed wires and clean them after the resin process. Install hardware and apply pre-test labels as needed. Follow all safety rules, procedures, and company guidelines. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and 1–3 months of related experience/training. Ability to read and interpret winding specifications, diagrams, and safety documents in English. Comfortable using hand tools and winding machines to perform assembly tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
