About Mercado West Mercado West, Red Mesa Restaurant Groups newest
and fastest-growing Cali-Mex concept, is seeking energetic,
friendly, and motivated servers to join our team. As a server, you
are the face of the restaurant, creating an exceptional guest
experience while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide
exceptional service as a server. Take accurate orders and deliver
food and beverages promptly. Describe menu items, specials, and
answer guest questions. Collaborate with other servers, kitchen,
and bar staff to maintain smooth operations. Monitor your tables
and anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest
concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized
tables, service areas, and stations. Operate the POS system
accurately for orders and payments. Support team members during
busy periods, helping other servers as needed. Qualifications
Previous experience as a server is required. Experience in a
Mexican or Latin American restaurant is preferred, but not
required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills. Positive,
guest-focused attitude with attention to detail. Ability to stand
for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Knowledge of food safety
and sanitation standards is a plus. What We Offer $10.98/hour plus
