Job Description Team Leader / Shift Manager Locations: Melbourne
| Sarasota | Daytona Beach, FL Overview A growing, high-volume
quick-service restaurant group is seeking Team Leaders / Shift
Managers to support daily operations and lead teams during assigned
shifts. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest
service, maintaining food safety and operational standards, and
coaching hourly team members to meet performance goals related to
speed, quality, labor, and execution. Key Responsibilities -
Supervise and guide hourly team members during assigned shifts to
ensure operational efficiency, food quality, and outstanding guest
service - Lead shift execution, including food safety, sanitation,
security, and cash handling procedures - Conduct pre-shift huddles
and provide clear direction and motivation to the team - Coach,
recognize, and correct team members to drive consistent performance
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally -
Support equipment and facility upkeep; report maintenance needs to
the General Manager - Assist with training and development of new
and existing team members - Ensure compliance with company policies
and all regulatory requirements - Make sound decisions in
fast-paced, high-pressure situations - Perform additional duties as
assigned Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years old - High
school diploma or GED required - Minimum 6 months of restaurant
leadership experience (Team Lead, Shift Lead, or similar) -
Comfortable using basic computer systems (Outlook, HRIS, internal
tools) - Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English
