We are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will act as a liaison between our company and the patients that we serve. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, be a problem solver, and have a contagiously positive attitude. Responsibilities: Managing inbound and outbound calls from patients in a timely manner Assist with the scheduling of patients, reaching out when a patient misses an appointment and taking care of general issues that may arise during patient intake Full collaboration with our Business Development team and the Front Desk staff to ensure that new patients are well taken care of Identifying patient needs and collecting their information Building sustainable relationships with our patients and the team at RejuvenX Confirming patient appointments Providing positive communication with our patients via phone Requirements: Previous experience in customer service Strong phone and communication skills as well as being a good listener Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred but not required Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, and manage time effectively High school diploma The ability to come into our Port Charlotte office It is not required to be bilingual, but if you speak Spanish that is a plus Job Type & Salary: Full time $40,000 base salary (dependent on experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance This is not a remote position
