Job Description:

HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Spine Ortho Team, providing specialized care in orthopedic and spinal health at our state-of-the-art facilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in orthopedic nursing, display a compassionate approach to patient care, and be adept in the latest nursing practices tailored to spine and orthopedic health. This role requires managing patients' pain, aiding in rehabilitation, and educating patients and their families on care practices. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care plans for patients undergoing spine and orthopedic procedures. Monitor patient recovery and adjust treatments as necessary in conjunction with orthopedic surgeons. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatments, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and communicate patient status to relevant healthcare team members. Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and spine nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Competent in using healthcare databases and patient management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse License Certification in Orthopedic Nursing (ONC) preferred
