As a RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our Med Surg Oncology
department, you will be at the forefront of patient management,
supporting and advocating for both patients and staff in a dynamic
oncology environment. This position offers the unique opportunity
to lead nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, and foster a
collaborative atmosphere. Oversee and manage the day-to-day
operations of the oncology nursing staff. Coordinate and optimize
patient care plans along with other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards and
regulations. Conduct patient assessments and provide direct care
when required. Implement staff development, training, and retention
initiatives. Ensure the effective coordination of patient care
through optimal resource allocation. Participate in the recruitment
and mentoring of new staff. Strong leadership and team management
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency
in clinical skills specific to oncology nursing Ability to work
collaboratively across various departments Critical thinking and
problem-solving capabilities High level of compassion and patient

Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS certification ONS/ONCC
Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate preferred
