interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize patient care plans.
Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on specific health
needs. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
ongoing needs. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
confidentiality protocols. Strong clinical skills and comfort in
varied medical situations. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Adaptability to rapidly changing
environments. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability
to manage stress effectively and make decisions under pressure.

401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certifications required.
