Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered
Nurse (RN) to provide unmatched care in our Medical Surgical units
across our extensive network of hospitals. As a key member of our
patient-focused team, you will be responsible for monitoring
patients, administering medications, and collaborating with
physicians to deliver comprehensive care plans. This role is
pivotal in helping us uphold our mission to care for and improve
human life. With access to the latest medical technologies and a
supportive healthcare community, you will advance your skills and
contribute to a legacy of medical excellence. Administer and
monitor patient medications and treatments promptly and accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to create
comprehensive care plans. Educate patients and their families on
post-hospital care, including follow-up appointments, home care,
and medication management. Utilize a range of patient care
technology and health information systems to input patient data and
monitor health status. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for patients in a respectful and compassionate manner.
Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficiency in
electronic medical record systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure
situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of
practice BLS/CPR certification Preferably certified in Medical
Surgical Nursing by the ANCC
