setting. Deliver patient-centered nursing care in multiple critical
care settings based on specific assignment. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with
healthcare teams. Respond rapidly and effectively to changes in
patient conditions. Participate in the development and
implementation of nursing practices and protocols. Provide
education and support to patients and their families regarding
medical conditions and proper care plans. Strong clinical skills in
critical care and emergency medical procedures. Ability to adapt
quickly to new environments and teams. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficient in using healthcare technology and
electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in practicing state. BLS/ACLS certification from the
American Heart Association or equivalent. CCRN certification
preferred but not required.
