Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient
Rehabilitation Full-Time | W-2 Direct Hire Salary: $90,000 –
$100,000 Now hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a
full-time outpatient rehabilitation position. We are seeking a
motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care
and helping individuals improve mobility, restore function, and
reduce pain. This Physical Therapist (PT) role offers a strong

FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Physical Therapist (PT)
Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized
physical therapy treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy
interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional
movement Educate patients on rehabilitation exercises, injury
prevention, and recovery strategies Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with physicians
and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Maintain
accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical
standards Physical Therapist Qualifications Licensed Physical
Therapist (PT) Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy (DPT or
PT) program Strong communication and patient engagement skills
Ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rehabilitation settings
preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 – $100,000
