Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care Transport Team as part of a leading health system in Southwest Florida. The position involves providing high-quality medical care during emergency and non-emergency transport of critical care patients between our facilities. Our team plays a pivotal role in our mission to improve community health through comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills and a deep commitment to patient safety and comfort during transport scenarios. Assess patient condition and implement appropriate intervention during transport. Collaborate with medical and emergency personnel to provide continuous patient care. Operate and monitor medical equipment used in patient transport. Document all medical interventions and patient responses during transport. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Proficient in using advanced life support equipment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Florida. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) or Critical Care Paramedic (CCP-C) certification preferred.
