Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Psychological Assessment Evaluator to join our multidisciplinary team in Southwest Florida. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive assessment services to understand patient mental health, behavior, and needs as part of our commitment to improving community health. The candidate will be involved in direct patient assessments, preparation of detailed reports, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to inform appropriate therapeutic or intervention strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of psychological theories and methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing for patients. Prepare detailed evaluation reports to summarize findings and recommendations. Work collaboratively with medical and mental health staff to develop treatment plans. Maintain patient confidentiality and sensitivity across all interactions. Participate in continuous education and training to remain abreast of developments in the field. Advanced knowledge of psychological testing techniques and methodologies. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting assessment results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capability to manage sensitive patient information with integrity. Proficient in using psychological assessment tools and software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Florida. Certification in psychological testing and assessment preferred.
