As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in the operation room, working alongside surgeons and nurses to ensure that surgical procedures go smoothly and safely. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly skilled in aseptic technique, and committed to patient care. Prepare surgical instruments and equipment before procedures. Maintain a sterile environment to prevent the risk of infection. Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures. Ensure that all supplies and instruments are accounted for throughout procedures. Operate and monitor sterilization equipment. Handle specimen preparation and disposal correctly. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures Ability to maintain focus under pressure Excellent organizational skills Proficient in aseptic and sterilization techniques Effective communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
