LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Largo, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/07/2026 - Duration: 20 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Required skills: Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing experience only Must have home health experience with OASIS training and experience. IV skills and wound care General Medical Dx High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke Post-op care Certs required: BCLS Scrubs: Any solid color scrub Unit Info (share with your traveler): Patients: cardiopulmonary assessment, basic wound care, ABI compression dressing, wound vac dressing, Pleurx /Aseptdrain care, foley catheter change and care, staple/suture removal, use of glucometer, use of pro-time machine, SQ/IM injections, lab draw venipuncture, IV skills, PICC line or Midline care and dressing change, SQ port access/deaccess Skilled Home Care (Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Commercial ins.) Home skilled visits - 6-8 per day Day/Shift hours can vary to the needs of the HomeCare office: Mon - Fri 8a to 5p Mon - Fri 9a to 6p Thurs- Mon or Fri to Tues shifts 50 miles radius rule (SS) Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
