Job Description:
ChenMed, a distinguished leader focused on providing superior
care for seniors with complex health needs, is seeking an Associate
Market Clinical Director to enhance the delivery of patient care
across our clinics. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping
our clinical strategies and ensuring the execution of high-quality
healthcare services. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of
clinical expertise and leadership skills to oversee our medical
programs, guide our healthcare teams, and uphold our mission to
transform care for the most needy populations. Develop and
implement clinical strategies across multiple locations. Lead and
mentor medical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and
compassionate care. Collaborate with senior management to align
clinical practices with organizational goals. Monitor and ensure
compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
Promote the use of best practices and evidence-based medicine in
patient care. Review and analyze clinical data to drive
improvements and outcomes. Lead quality assurance programs,
including patient care review and staff performance evaluations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities Proficient in healthcare management
systems and electronic health records Ability to mentor and develop
clinical staff Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in
high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certification in
Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
Current medical license.
