honor. Lee Health is seeking a Palliative Care Physician! Lee
Health is a nonprofit organization with more than 17,000 employees,
4,500 volunteers, and more than 1,300 employed primary care and
specialty providers with multiple practice locations throughout
Southwest Florida. The organization has four acute care hospitals
and one specialty hospital that together house over 1,800 hospital
beds. Position Information: Lee Physician Group Palliative Care is
seeking a physicianwith fellowship training and BE/BC in Hospice
and Palliative Care Medicineto join their busy team. Currently, the
team consists of 4 physicians and 13 APRNs. This exclusive
physician group is team-oriented and quality-focused, and is
currently seeking physicians interested in providing inpatient care
to general medical/surgical patients. Furthermore, our team works
collaboratively with community resources to connect patients to
outpatient care as requested and/or hospice care if appropriate.
Candidates for this position will be interested in doing
coordinated care, medication & chronic symptom management,
end-of-life management, and goals of care discussions. Benefit
