A specialized opportunity exists for a knowledgeable pharmacist with retail experience to join a dedicated HIV/AIDS specialty pharmacy. This role requires managing an average volume of 20-35 prescriptions per day independently, as no pharmacy technician support is available. The position offers a contract-to-hire arrangement, starting immediately, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional patient care and communication, engaging effectively with healthcare providers, and maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality. Training involves a potential two-week session in St. Petersburg, Monday through Friday, to ensure a smooth transition into the role and ongoing support once settled on-site.
