Job Description:
Job Description Seeking a Physician to provide comprehensive
family and internal medicine care in Skilled Nursing Facilities
across Port Charlotte, Fort Myers, and Venice, FL. Practice
involves time at multiple facilities within a 50-mile radius, with
travel reimbursement provided. Support staff handle most charting
and visits for low-complexity patients. Must have excellent people
skills and strong clinical judgment. Responsibilities include
assessments, treatment management, and collaboration with
multidisciplinary teams, utilizing PCC EMR system. Benefits include
salary ($225,000–$250,000), health, dental, vision insurance, paid
time off, and relocation assistance. Schedule is Monday to Friday,
day shift; travel up to 25% preferred; work is in-person with no
remote options.
