Job Requirements:

* FL RN (Registered Nurse) license
* At least 2 years of RN PCU/Telemetry experience required
* Some RN leadership, previous Charge RN experience preferred
* Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)

About the Job:

* Monitor and assess patients who aren't unstable enough to need ICU care.
* Monitor cardiac and other critical vital signs and detect any changes, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
* Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
* Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills
* Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Day Shift Available (3x12's varying days)
