Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Clinical Information:
  - Weekdays, 7a-5p - willing to take evening call at least 1 night a week
  - Daily Patient Volume: 34
  - Support Staff: 9-12 CRNAs on Day shift, 2 CRNAs on call at night and weekends
  - Required:
    - Board Certified
    - DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    - Current Flu Vaccine
    - Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      - Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility. Integrity Locums Benefits
