Office Manager skills include: :- Schedule patient exams and
treatment.- Coordinate referral appointments with community
specialists.- Answer phones and address patient questions in a
professional manner.- Attain insurance verification and eligibility
for each patient more than 48 hours prior to patient visit.- Enter
insurance benefits for each patient into practice management
software, including any special requirements or limitations.-
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other
regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL,
