Our Medical/Surgical Department is a 20-bed unit, offering exceptional care for the patients we serve. Our Med/Surg Cardiac Tele unit patient profile ranges from a diabetic care patient to one who has just undergone an elective surgery. EDUCATION\t Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION\tCurrent licensure as an RN in Florida or appropriate compact licensure.\tCurrent BLS certification through the American Heart Association.\tASN;BSN preferred. QUALIFICATIONS\tPrior PCU nursing experience desired.\tCustomer service abilities including effective listening skills.\tCritical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.\tAbility to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
