The Office Assistant maintains all patient medical, demographic
and billing information with our Athena E H R. Answers incoming
lines. Performs scheduling functions. Collects payments as
necessary and prepares appropriate deposits and reports. Orders
office supplies as needed and keeps accurate inventory. Performs
multiple functions within Microsoft Office including but not
limited to Word and Excel. Assists physicians and staff with tasks,
when and where appropriate.
