Our Medical/ Surgical patient profile ranges from a diabetic care patient to one who has just undergone an elective surgery.Qualifications EDUCATION* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION* Current licensure as an RN in Florida.* Current BLS certification through the American Heart--Association.QUALIFICATIONS* Prior Med/Surg nursing experience desired.* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) is a leadinghealthcare provider with over 31.2 million patient encounters a year atlocations in 21 states including the UK.
