The RN will only be floated to areas for which they are--qualified and competent. Position is built on a 12-hour day shift, 36 hours/week with an every other weekend typical rotation.Qualifications EDUCATION* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.LICENSE/CERTIFICATION* Current licensure as an RN in Florida or appropriate compact licensure.* Current ACLS & BLS certification through the American Heart--Association.QUALIFICATIONS* Prior Float Pool nursing experience desired.* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) is a leadinghealthcare provider with over 31.2 million patient encounters a year atlocations in 21 states including the UK.
