We would love to talk to you about this fantastic opportunity.Our Outpatient Surgery department is a 14-bed unit, offering care to Pre and Post-Cardiac Cath, Endoscopy, Interventional Radiology, and Surgical patients. We also work as a team to assist our Preadmission department in optimizing our patients for elective procedures. Qualifications EDUCATION* Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION* Current licensure as an RN in Florida or appropriate compact licensure. * Current BLS certification through the American Heart--Association. * ASN;BSN preferred. QUALIFICATIONS* 2 to 3 years of RN experience* Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider, ACLS* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.* Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lb* Prior formal telemetry training course preferred.Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) is a leading healthcare provider with over 31.2 million patient encounters a year at locations in 21 states including the UK.
