ResponsibilitiesAbout the Role:Position Summary:The Senior Director, HR will sit in our Tampa, FL headquarters and be a leader in the global People & Culture (P&C) department. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high energy, collaborative leader who has deep experience across the human resources spectrum in dynamic, fast-growing and forward-thinking organizations, an appreciation for culture, has strong business acumen, and a demonstrable track record of building and executing a progressive talent strategy with the ability to be detailed and hands-on when needed.The Senior Director will lead, grow and develop a team of HR professionals, concentrating on HR operations, who provide an exceptional talent experience to the internal delivery and corporate teams.Essential Job Functions:

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing stakeholders, understanding business needs and providing progressive solutions across People & Culture focus areas
  • Develop a deep understanding of Employer?s business goals in order to build a strong consultative relationship with the executive team and at all levels within the organization
  • Champion the Employer HR operations function, concentrating on support of global employees
  • Ensure automated workflows and processes where possible to allow for more ?face-time? with delivery teams and managers
  • Serve as a coach and resource to business to ensure talent is enables to perform
  • Work with Competency and DNA (Culture Attributes) framework to ensure talent experience is reflective of the Employer Culture
  • Participate in and provide recommendations related to Strategic Workforce/Succession Planning
  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and efficient workflows leveraging technology to enable strong organizational performance
  • Provide proactive and strategic analytical guidance and support for organizational planning and development initiatives that align the People & Culture strategy in support of key business strategies and initiatives across the organization
  • Lead the People & Culture team to deliver on essential HR support in areas such as Labor Relations, Workday HCM, People Analytics, Onboarding and Rewards and Recognition.
  • Provide executive level dashboards to the business to support decision-making
  • Excel in project management
  • May provide HR executive leadership on M&A related activities.
  • Travel (up to 25%)QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience:
    • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master?s degree and professional certification (SPHR, PHR, etc.) is preferred
    • Experience in a senior level role managing the Human Resources function and solid knowledge in all areas (including talent acquisition, talent management, learning development and HR operations) in a high growth and progressive organization. Global experience and staffing/professional services industry experience preferred.
    • Proven success with developing rapport quickly within the organization; a natural leader with expertise in positively influencing company culture within a multi-generational workforce.
    • Experience leading and managing successful high visibility and large-scale projects within an organization
    • Demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Adept at balancing critical thinking, while able to execute hands-on
    • Self-starter with demonstrable ability to set goals and meet or exceed deadlines
    • Demonstrable experience exercising sound judgement and decision-making
    • Requires a resourceful individual with strong business insight, adept at building innovative solutions in an unstructured environment
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skillsEducational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:
      • College/University degree required
