A local leading company in iPad Point-of-Sale systems has an
immediate temporary-to-permanent job opening for an experienced
full-time Fulfillment Specialist at their facility in Saint
This position will be responsible for the configuration of hardware
and software, as well as the management of all hardware inventory.
This role will assist with the consistent delivery of all
configured hardware to client locations as well as the
customer-company relationship and client satisfaction.
This individual will assist with testing and verifying system
equipment prior to all outgoing shipments. Must also ensure that
there are no errors with customer?s ordered equipment. The role
requires customer satisfaction and technical computer skills to
successfully communicate with internal and external clients.
Additional responsibilities will include being knowledgeable in all
areas of the fulfillment process, including shipping, receiving,
shipping labels, return labels and RMA's. Taking orders,
coordinating activities with the team and ensuring shipments are
ready for delivery to our courier delivery services. Operating and
maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and
equipment, stocking materials, managing the fulfillment queue and
output, completing assigned tasks based on priority.
Shift will be Monday-Friday from approximately 9am – 5:30pm. Must
be flexible to work longer hours and mandatory Overtime, including
weekends, specifically toward the end of each month to support
influx of end of the month sales.
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Warehouse experience is a plus
* Minimum 2 years customer service and/or hardware fulfillment
* Experience in POS technical support environment is a plus
