ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property management corporation who is seeking an experienced: Title: Community Association Manager - Portfolio Job Id#: EB-3942586606 Responsibilities: Manage the day to day operations of an upscale portfolio of Homeowner & Condominium Associations Review financial statements, prepare budgets and present to Boards Ensure maintenance and insurance plans are in place Provide support, guidance and expertise to Board Members and Residents Vendor management of common area maintenance Communicate professionally with Boards, Residents and Owners Apply and adhere to company standards and Florida applicable legislation Prepare for and attend regular board meetings as required Conduct regular property inspections and enforce community restrictions Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, manage Vendors and verify contractor information Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive Board and resident relationships are maintained Experience/Qualifications: 5+ years experience managing a portfolio of exclusive homeowner and condominium associations Supported by a full time Administrator Industry professional with a passion for providing outstanding customer service with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Confident self-starter with a pro-active approach to community association management Proficient in MS Office Suite and very tech savvy Good interpersonal skills and professionalism Florida Community Association Manager License is Required Salary: To $65,000; Negotiable, Depending on Experience Plus Comprehensive Benefits Package Experienced and Interested?
