Job Description:

engage directly with customers to address inquiries and issues
related to their insurance policies, leveraging your expertise to
provide solutions that uphold our standard of exceptional service.
This position offers a direct impact on customer relationships and
retention, making you a key player in GEICO's ongoing success.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat,
providing timely and accurate information. Help customers
understand their insurance policies and coverage options. Process
policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a
cohesive customer service experience. Resolve complaints and issues
with a customer-first approach, aiming to improve customer
satisfaction and retain business. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Proficiency in computer systems, including
CRM software. Ability to interpret and explain complex insurance
policy details. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Certification in Customer Service (e.g., CCS) is a plus.
