You must have: 35 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer Strong knowledge of: Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps) Air Handlers Gas Furnaces Package Units Ductless Mini-Split Systems Valid EPA Certification Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes Clean driving record & valid driver's license Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail Why Work with Hales AC?
