and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in
Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in
ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks
and supporting various office functions. This is an excellent
opportunity to contribute to a growing company. Responsibilities: •
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members. •
Coordinate and schedule meetings to ensure efficient time
management. • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Generate basic invoices with attention to accuracy. • Perform
precise data entry to maintain organized records. • Support office
operations by managing documents and files. • Handle general
administrative tasks to assist the office manager. • Collaborate
with team members to address any operational needs. • Provide
exceptional customer service to clients and staff. This is a
permanent opportunity that will pay up to $46,000 annually

role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word,
Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills with the ability
to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent communication skills,
both written and verbal. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to
accuracy in all work. • Ability to work independently as well as
part of a team. • Familiarity with basic invoicing and purchase
order creation. • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes
as needed.
