Job Description:
Our client, in the residential mobile home community management
sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist to join
their dynamic team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be an
integral part of the support team, assisting in daily operations
and fostering positive relationships within the community. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a
proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding
customer service, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s
mission to enhance resident satisfaction and operational
efficiency. Job Title: Leasing Administrative Assistant Location:
Clearwater, FL (2 days/wk.) and St. Petersburg (3 days/wk.) Pay
Range: $17-$20/hr. Shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm What's the
Job? Manage incoming phone calls and greet residents with
professionalism and warmth Support new home sales processes and
assist prospective buyers Send out guest cards and maintain
accurate resident records Address resident complaints promptly and
effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction Provide exceptional
customer service to foster a welcoming community environment What's
Needed? Basic proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Zoom
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple
tasks efficiently and professionally Previous experience in
administrative support or sales is a plus but not required What's
