Job Description:
Ideal Retirement Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Office
& Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the
continued growth of our firm and executing unforgettable client
events. You will wear many hats, from managing event logistics to
welcoming guests to our office, ensuring a seamless experience for
both internal and external audiences.This role is required in
person primarily at our Port Charlotte headquarters. Events will be
held in venues throughout SWFL. You must be local and willing to be
onsite to be considered for this opportunity.Compensation:$40,000 -
$50,000 yearlyResponsibilities:Events:Plan, coordinate, and execute
client events (workshops, seminars, client events) to build
relationships and promote our servicesManage event logistics,
including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and
attendee registrationSet up and break down event equipmentDevelop
engaging event content and presentationsOversee event execution and
ensure a smooth and successful experience for all attendeesTrack
and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and
ROIOther Duties:Prepare office for prospect and client
meetingsMaintain cleanliness and stock of office suppliesAssist
with the creation of marketing collateral (brochures,
presentations, etc.)Maintain strong relationships with vendors and
partnersStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in
marketing and financial servicesQualifications:Experience in
Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)Experience
in Data Entry and/or CRM managementExperience in Customer
ServiceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly
organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple
